The Personal tier offers a guided AI assistant intended for common tasks such as drafting, follow-up, summarization, and light planning. This page clarifies the operating boundaries of that service.
2. What the bot does
The bot provides replies, drafts, and recommendations based on the information you provide. It may also suggest next steps and, depending on configuration, prepare certain actions for approval.
3. What the bot does not do
The bot does not provide definitive legal, medical, or financial advice. It does not replace human review for important decisions. It must not be used for purposes prohibited by our other policies.
4. Data and retention
Interactions with the Personal Bot may be retained to provide continuity of service, maintain security, and improve product operations. The general rules in our Privacy Policy continue to apply.
